The Concept

Every building, service, and decision at Nuvaya is anchored to four foundational pillars. Not marketing language, but the operational blueprint. Everything opens together: one launch, every revenue stream live from day one.

Physical Performance

A premium ≈500m² training hall over two light-filled levels, a mezzanine overlooking the main floor, fitted with top-tier equipment. Functional training, strength, and mobility for people who train seriously.

Recovery & Regeneration

Four premium Finnish saunas, clean ice baths, cold plunge, jacuzzi, and a silent crystal relaxation lounge, with large amethyst and quartz installations throughout. A full recovery ecosystem built with light, nature, and stone.

An organic, locally sourced, fast-casual restaurant with a generous terrace. Macro-trackable menus, Atlantic fish, regional produce. Come in, eat well, get on with the day.

The Campus

Designed to feel alive.

Three connected wings in a U-form around a private courtyard with outdoor recovery zones and coastal gardens, on a 10,000m²+ owned plot with room to grow.

The gym anchors the rear over two open levels; the recovery wing and the restaurant & coworking wing extend forward as the two sides of the campus. Rooted in Ericeira's Portuguese vernacular, unmistakably contemporary. Final architecture will be developed with our architect; the imagery on this site shows the ambition, not the blueprint.

At opening, the campus comfortably hosts 150–200 people across all zones, growing towards 250+ as the self-funded outdoor expansion is delivered. Deliberately compact: full and alive from day one.

The Investment

One clean entity. Land and operations.

Investors participate through NVYA Ventures LDA, the Portuguese holding company that owns both the land and Nuvaya's operations. This is asset-backed ownership: the investor group holds the majority of the company, including the land and the buildings on it.

The 7% cumulative preferred return is the floor, not the return. It is paid first, before any profit split; after it, the majority of all operating profits flows to investors, on top of long-term land appreciation, campus expansion, and franchise potential.

Phase 1 delivers the complete campus: gym, recovery, restaurant, and coworking, all open on launch day. Phase 2, funded entirely from operating cash flow on land already owned, expands the recovery centre and outdoor campus: no second raise, no dilution.

It is not just a business. It is a real estate asset, a community, a brand, and a proof of concept for a scalable model.
